Position: Purchase Intern / Executive
Experience: 0-2 Years
Gender: Male Candidate Preferred
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement of Raw Materials (RM), Brought of parts (BOP), Consumables & Machining parts.
• Follow-up with suppliers for material availability and timely delivery
• Vendor development and supplier coordination
• Purchase order preparation and tracking
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with Stores and Production teams
• Follow-up with outsourced suppliers and subcontractors
• Cost comparison and negotiation with suppliers
• Maintaining purchase records and MIS reports
• Coordination with Accounts for invoice processing and payment follow-up
Required Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Should be able to visit suppliers
