🚀 We're Hiring | Python Flask Backend Developer Intern – GenAI
Office Solution AI Labs is looking for motivated Python Backend Developer Interns who are interested in building RAG-based GenAI applications and gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
📍 Location: Remote – India
🎓 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
⏳ Internship Duration: 6 Months
💰 Internship Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000/month
💼 Post-Internship Package: ₹2.4–₹3.6 LPA
📄 Legal Employment Commitment: 2 Years
🔹 What You'll Work On
✅ Develop backend applications using Python & Flask
✅ Build and integrate REST APIs
✅ Work on RAG-based GenAI applications
✅ Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs
✅ Deploy applications and backend code on Microsoft Azure
✅ Work with Git and basic CI/CD workflows
✅ Debug, test, and optimize backend applications
✅ Collaborate with AI/ML and development teams on real-world projects
🔹 What We're Looking For
✔️ Strong fundamentals in Python
✔️ Basic hands-on knowledge of Flask
✔️ Understanding of REST APIs and backend development
✔️ Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications
✔️ Basic knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, or vector databases
✔️ Exposure to deploying applications/code on Azure
✔️ Knowledge of Git
✔️ Willingness to learn and work with modern GenAI technologies
⭐ Good to Have
LangChain / LangGraph knowledge
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI experience
Qdrant / FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone
Docker
Azure App Service / Azure Functions
Basic CI/CD knowledge
SQL / PostgreSQL
Academic or personal GenAI/RAG projects
