📍 Location: Gurugram
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst from an International BPO background to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (Calls, Chats, Emails)
• Conduct quality audits and provide actionable feedback
• Analyze performance trends and identify process improvements
• Prepare quality reports and present insights to management
• Conduct calibration sessions and support training initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and compliance
🔹 Required Skills:
• Experience in International BPO (Sales Process preferred)
• Strong knowledge of VOC, AHT, QC Tools, Fatal & Non-Fatal Parameters
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of quality frameworks and process improvement methodologies
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts and from Office

Interview advice
Going for the QA / Tester role at Ecliptic Insight? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to write a few test cases on the spot and to explain what you would automate versus what you would test by hand, and why.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
