Work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
🔹 Quality Analyst – Fresher
We are hiring Freshers for the Quality Analyst position.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate recruitment calls and processes.
Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare quality reports and maintain performance records.
Provide constructive feedback to recruiters.
Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
