Vacancy: 03 Positions

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
Perform in-process quality checks and maintain QC records.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP and HACCP requirements.
Monitor production hygiene, sanitation and personal hygiene practices.
Conduct line clearance and verification activities.
Handle sampling, testing and COA documentation.
Maintain traceability, quality records and audit documentation.
Support RCA, CAPA, NCR and customer complaint investigations.
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams for quality-related activities.
Support internal, customer and certification audits.
🎓 Qualification
B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field
B.Tech Food Technology / Food Science preferred.
💡 Required Skills
Good knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
Basic laboratory testing knowledge.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Strong observation and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of FSSAI regulations will be an advantage.
