Quality Assurance Engineer Intern

🚨 We’re Hiring | QA Intern | Mumbai

Mumbai BioCluster is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our team.

This internship is an opportunity for fresh graduates and postgraduate students to gain practical exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality documentation, document control, Good Documentation Practices, deviations, CAPA, audits, and compliance in an industry-facing research environment.

🔹 What will you work on?
As a QA Intern, you will support the team in:
• Maintaining and updating quality-related documents and records
• Preparing, reviewing, and filing SOPs, work instructions, forms, and checklists
• Supporting document control, version tracking, archival, and retrieval
• Maintaining laboratory, equipment, calibration, maintenance, and quality records
• Reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Supporting internal audits and compliance activities
• Tracking deviations, CAPAs, observations, and quality actions under supervision
• Maintaining quality trackers and preparing status reports
• Coordinating with laboratory and operations teams for required documentation
• Identifying documentation gaps and following up for closure

🎓 Who can apply?
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Pharmacy | Biotechnology | Biochemistry | Microbiology | Chemistry | Life Sciences | Related fields
Fresh graduates and candidates pursuing relevant postgraduate programs are welcome to apply.
Desirable: Basic knowledge of QA, GDP, GMP/GLP principles, QMS, or laboratory quality systems.

Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is expected.
