Quality & Operations Associate
A few days ago, I posted an opening for Quality & Operations Associates at Dil Foods.
The response has been overwhelming. Over the last few weeks, I've had the opportunity to speak with a large number of fresh graduates and young professionals, and I must admit, many of them genuinely impressed me. The confidence, clarity of thought, and intent with which they are approaching their careers is very different from what I remember at the start of my own journey.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Dil Foods? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
