RCM Associate | US Healthcare Revenue Cycle | Freshers Welcome | Ahmedabad
Prismatica Health is growing our US Revenue Cycle Management team and we're looking for 6 RCM Associates to join us in Ahmedabad.
You'll get hands-on training and real exposure to US healthcare billing — charge entry, claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting for our US client base.
Freshers with strong, confident spoken English are encouraged to apply. No prior RCM experience needed — we'll train you on the workflows and systems.

What you'll work on:
🔹 Medical billing & charge capture (CPT/ICD-10, claim submission)
🔹 Denial management & AR follow-up
🔹 Payment posting & reconciliation (ERA/EOB)
🔹 Weekly KPI and denial/AR reporting
What we need from you:
✅ Fluent, confident spoken English for direct US payer communication
✅ Attention to detail and a sense of ownership
✅ Comfort working within HIPAA/data-security standards
✅ Willingness to learn — we'll handle the training
