Record To Reportincluding Accounting and Reportingisanimportantservicelinewithin the Finance and Accounting(F&A)practice at Genpact. Itgivestoasignificantpart of Genpactsgrowthandisapriorityfor the Company. Weneedfreshcampushirestobringindistinctivethinking on R 2 Rvalueproposition, innovation, anddigitalorientationthathelpsindrivingclientorgsfinancetransformation.

Responsibilities :
• Provide R 2 Rtransactionprocessingandensuringdeliveryqualityintermsofaccuracy, completenessandtimelinessdaily

• Process Standard Monthly Journal

• Intercompany&Bankreconciliationandconfirmation

• Fixed Assets Ensuretimely Capitalization/Addition/disposalofassets, depreciationofassets, FAreposting&reconciliations. Clearingofoverdueopenitems

• Sub-Ledgervs General-Ledgerreconciliationreview

• Executeprojectsdetailworkandensureallreportingrequirementsaremet

• Work with Global Process Ownertostandardize R 2 Ractivities

• Ensureall MECactivitiesarecompletedontimewithaccuracy

• Prepare/Reviewmonthly Balance Sheetschedules&reconciliation

• Resolvegeneralaccountingandreportingissuesinconsultationwith the Team Lead

• Assistandsupport the Teamintheimplementationofprojectinitiatives

• Reviewbacklogandcycletimereportstoimproveprocessflowtimes.

• Ensurestakeholdersqueriesareattendedtoandresolvedinatimely, responsibleandproactivemanner.

• Identify, recommendandimplementsolutionsup on Team Leadsconfirmationforcontinuousimprovementopportunities.

• Supportnewandexistingteammembersthroughaccurateknowledgetransfer; sharingofresources, knowledgeandexperienceandstandardmethodologytherebyensuringqualityismaintainedthroughanystafftransition

• Leadendtoendaccountingwork, including FA, ICand Closing and Reporting.

• Strong Analyticalskillstounderstandprocessissuesandprovidesolutionbasisonprocessrequirements.

• Drive Continuousimprovementsbyqualityinitiatives.

Qualificationsweseekinyou!
Minimum Qualification
• CA, CIMA, CPA, M. Com or B. Com Graduate

• Excellentinterpersonalskills-Goodwrittenandverballanguageskills, aspercountryrequirementforthein-scopeprofile.

• Good Negotiati on Skills.
