Record To Reportincluding Accounting and Reportingisanimportantservicelinewithin the Finance and Accounting(F&A)practice at Genpact. Itgivestoasignificantpart of Genpactsgrowthandisapriorityfor the Company. Weneedfreshcampushirestobringindistinctivethinking on R 2 Rvalueproposition, innovation, anddigitalorientationthathelpsindrivingclientorgsfinancetransformation.
Responsibilities :
• Provide R 2 Rtransactionprocessingandensuringdeliveryqualityintermsofaccuracy, completenessandtimelinessdaily
- Process Standard Monthly Journal
- Intercompany&Bankreconciliationandconfirmation
- Fixed Assets Ensuretimely Capitalization/Addition/disposalofassets, depreciationofassets, FAreposting&reconciliations. Clearingofoverdueopenitems
- Sub-Ledgervs General-Ledgerreconciliationreview
- Executeprojectsdetailworkandensureallreportingrequirementsaremet
- Work with Global Process Ownertostandardize R 2 Ractivities
- Ensureall MECactivitiesarecompletedontimewithaccuracy
- Prepare/Reviewmonthly Balance Sheetschedules&reconciliation
- Resolvegeneralaccountingandreportingissuesinconsultationwith the Team Lead
- Assistandsupport the Teamintheimplementationofprojectinitiatives
- Reviewbacklogandcycletimereportstoimproveprocessflowtimes.
- Ensurestakeholdersqueriesareattendedtoandresolvedinatimely, responsibleandproactivemanner.
- Identify, recommendandimplementsolutionsup on Team Leadsconfirmationforcontinuousimprovementopportunities.
- Supportnewandexistingteammembersthroughaccurateknowledgetransfer; sharingofresources, knowledgeandexperienceandstandardmethodologytherebyensuringqualityismaintainedthroughanystafftransition
- Leadendtoendaccountingwork, including FA, ICand Closing and Reporting.
- Strong Analyticalskillstounderstandprocessissuesandprovidesolutionbasisonprocessrequirements.
- Drive Continuousimprovementsbyqualityinitiatives.
Qualificationsweseekinyou!
Minimum Qualification
• CA, CIMA, CPA, M. Com or B. Com Graduate
- Excellentinterpersonalskills-Goodwrittenandverballanguageskills, aspercountryrequirementforthein-scopeprofile.
- Good Negotiati on Skills.
