We are looking for a Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & social media
🔹 Resume screening and shortlisting
🔹 Interview coordination and candidate communication
🔹 Job posting and recruitment tracker management
🔹 Support onboarding and recruitment operations
Requirements:
✅ Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office
✅ Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn
✅ Minimum commitment of 6–8 hours/day
