**Position:** Recruiting Intern

## 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

* Source candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
* Screen and shortlist candidate applications according to job requirements.
* Review resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Communicate interview details and timings with candidates.
* Conduct or assist with first-round candidate screening and interviews.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain and regularly update candidate records and recruitment trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Track candidate interview status, selection status, and joining updates.
* Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring requirements and timelines.
* Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates.
* Assist with day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
