Recruitment Intern
🚨 Jaipur — I’m looking for someone who wants to start their career in Recruitment!
I’m looking for 1 Recruitment / Talent Sourcing Intern to join Exsurge.
This isn't an internship where you'll just sit and watch.
You’ll actually work on live hiring requirements, source candidates, speak with professionals, understand job descriptions, shortlist profiles and learn how recruitment really works.
📍 Location: Jaipur
⏳ Internship: 3 Months
💼 Possibility of Full-Time: Yes — based on performance
I'm looking for someone who:
• Is a fresher / recent graduate / student
• Is genuinely interested in HR & Recruitment
• Has good communication skills
• Is comfortable using LinkedIn
• Is willing to make calls and speak with candidates
• Is proactive, hungry to learn and doesn't need to be chased for every task
Prior recruitment experience is NOT required.
What matters more to me is your attitude, communication and willingness to learn.
If you perform well during the internship, there is an opportunity to continue with Exsurge in a permanent role.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Exsurge? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
