⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000/month

🔹 What You'll Work On

* Candidate sourcing for Field Sales Executive roles
* Resume screening & telephonic screening
* Interview scheduling & coordination
* Candidate follow-ups and database management
* Recruitment trackers, reports & MIS
* Meeting daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets
* Ensuring a positive candidate experience

🔹 Who Can Apply?

✅ MBA/PGDM – HR students preferred
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable with recruitment calls
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Proactive, target-oriented & eager to learn
✅ Prior recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
