🎓 Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
💼 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Key Responsibilities
• Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist the recruitment team in daily hiring activities
• Support walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate with candidates during the joining and onboarding process
