💰CTC:** ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple rounds
• Manage candidate communication and interview logistics
• Update ATS and recruitment trackers accurately
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
• Support offer rollout and pre-onboarding activities
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain dashboards

🎯 Eligibility

✔ Minimum 2+ months of Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordination experience (Internships accepted)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, Calendars, and ATS tools
✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
