Role: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Intern
Location: Remote / Work From Home – PAN India
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 1–3 Months
Compensation: Performance-Based Incentive Model

🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & professional networks
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to hiring requirements
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback & candidate communication
• Collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring stakeholders
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers & documentation
• Support IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
• Assist with scheduling, reporting and recruitment workflow coordination
• Gain hands-on exposure to ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools

🎯 Who Can Apply?
✔️ MBA, BBA, graduate students or recent graduates interested in HR/Recruitment
✔️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Comfortable communicating through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & professional channels
✔️ Self-motivated, organized & eager to learn
✔️ Able to work independently in a remote environment
✔️ Personal laptop, smartphone & stable internet connection required
