- Basic understanding of recruitment & candidate sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to coordinate candidates and schedule interviews
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities
