🚨 Important Note:
Candidates must be fluent in either Telugu or Kannada. This is a mandatory requirement for the role. Applications without proficiency in either of these languages will not be considered.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
➖ Identify, onboard, and manage regional influencers, with a strong focus on Telugu and Kannada content creators
➖ Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional content creators and agencies
➖ Plan and execute performance-driven influencer marketing campaigns
➖ Collaborate with marketing, brand, and performance teams for campaign execution
➖ Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for ROI and engagement
➖ Coordinate with multiple creators simultaneously and ensure timely deliverables
➖ Stay updated with Telugu and Kannada content trends, creators, and platform developments
➖ Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaborations with influencers
✔️ Key Requirements:
➖ 0–1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or related fields (Freshers are welcome)
➖ Mandatory proficiency in either Telugu or Kannada (Read, Write, and Speak)
➖ Hands-on understanding of the Telugu or Kannada creator ecosystem
➖ Ability to identify, onboard, and manage regional creators independently
➖ Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
➖ Understanding of influencer campaign execution and performance tracking
➖ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns

✔️ Preferred Qualifications:
➖ Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands is a plus
➖ Existing network of Telugu or Kannada influencers is preferred
➖ Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
➖ Passion for content, social media, and influencer marketing
