Specific Responsibilities:

Actas a Relationship Managerforpaidcustomers, buildingtrustandensuringlongtermengagement.
Understandcustomerneedsandassistinfindingtherighttenantorpropertywithtailoredsolutions.
Manageinboundandoutboundcalls, negotiatewithleads, andprovideregularupdatesonaccountprogress.
Utilizeinternaltoolsandadheretocompanyguidelinestodeliverefficientandhighqualityservice.
Gotheextramiletoprovideexceptionalcustomerserviceandensurecustomersatisfaction.
