MailerMen is hiring a Reporting & Excel Analyst Intern in Mumbai — you'll map every formula in the mess, then rebuild it clean.
📍 Mumbai, India — Hybrid (2 days/week, Andheri)
💰 Unpaid — traded for real 1:1 Excel/Power Query coaching
🕒 2-month internship | 0 yrs exp required
What you'll actually do:
🔥 Document every formula, manual step & dependency in the current workbook
🔥 Rebuild it with clean input sheets, named ranges & Power Query refreshes
🔥 Produce the monthly employer health report
🔥 Flag employer accounts that have stopped posting jobs
🔥 Prep the renewal pipeline sheet sales works from
🔥 Recreate 2 key views as Metabase dashboards (if the rebuild holds by week 6)
Your work doesn't sit in a drawer — the rebuilt workbook stays in daily use after you leave.
What you need:
• Final-year student or recent grad — commerce, finance, or stats
• Strong Excel: pivot tables, INDEX MATCH, conditional formatting
• Patience with repetitive validation work
• Curiosity about Power Query or SQL (never used them? that's fine)
