We're looking for a Research Operations Analyst to join our Data Operations team and help build one of the world's most comprehensive intelligence platforms for Performing Arts and the broader entertainment ecosystem.
📍 Location: Remote (Open to residents across India)

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI, research, and content intelligence, leveraging advanced research tools and analytical thinking to discover, validate, enrich, and evaluate information from around the world.
🎯 What You'll Do:
• Research artists, productions, venues, festivals, organizations, and cultural events
• Validate and verify information from multiple sources
• Assess content relevance, quality, and publication suitability
• Enrich records with biographies, production details, contact information, and metadata
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI-assisted research workflows and data quality standards
• Contribute to the growth and accuracy of a global performing arts intelligence platform
✅ We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Research, Humanities, Journalism, Business, Information Science, Arts Management, or related fields
• 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, content operations, market intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong internet research and fact-checking skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to make informed, judgment-based decisions
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools
