MailerMen is hiring a Responsive Web Design Intern (CSS + Layout), Remote (India). You'll rebuild desktop-first pages into fluid layouts that hold from a 320px phone to a 27" monitor.
📍 Remote (India) — work from any city, fully async
💰 ₹12K – ₹16K/mo
🕒 3-month internship | 0 yrs exp required
What you'll actually build:
🔥 Convert desktop-first templates into fluid layouts, 320px to ultrawide
🔥 Introduce container queries + clamp()-based type scales on marketing pages
🔥 Retire legacy float layouts and the jQuery plugins propping them up
🔥 Verify every rebuilt page on real devices via BrowserStack
🔥 Document breakpoint decisions so the next person actually understands them
The team runs mostly async — standups in a thread, design feedback on recorded video, and just 2 live calls a week (both in the afternoon, nothing before 11am).
What you need:
• Recent grad or final-year student with genuine interest in CSS layout
• Can build a responsive two-column page from scratch, no framework needed
• Reliable laptop + internet, anywhere in India
• Comfortable working async and explaining your reasoning in writing

Interview advice
Going for this role at MailerMen? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
