🚀 We are hiring a Revenue Operations & GTM Intern at Zenskar!

RevOps is where data, sales, marketing, technology, and execution come together.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to learn RevOps — but wants to build the systems, dashboards, automations, and processes that make a GTM team move faster.
This is a hands-on Revenue Operations role where you'll work closely with AEs, BDRs, CS, and founders. You'll own CRM hygiene, build dashboards, identify market signals, and automate repetitive workflows using modern AI and GTM tools.
You'll get hands-on exposure to how modern B2B SaaS revenue teams operate, while working on real systems and processes that directly impact Zenskar's growth.

We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong interest in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Growth
Is comfortable working with CRM workflows, pipeline management, and large datasets
Has exposure to tools like HubSpot, Clay, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Python, or SQL
Enjoys using AI and automation to solve repetitive operational problems
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership
Communicates clearly and enjoys working cross-functionally
Is excited to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

📍 Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 days/week)
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
⏳ Duration: 3–6 months with potential full-time conversion based on performance
