Role: Associate Outbound Voice with Crossselling, Lead Generation, Activation&Retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Conductoutboundcallstoprospectivecustomersandgenerateleads.

• Addressinboundqueriesandprovideaccurateinformationabout Banksservices.

• Promoteandsellbankingproducts, primarilycreditcardservices, insurance.

• Followaconsultative, customer-firstsalesapproach.

• Collaboratewithinternalteamstomeetdaily/weekly/monthlysalestargets.

• Maintaincustomerdatabasesandprepareregularsalesreports.

• Sharemarketfeedbackwiththeproductandmarketingteams.

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Graduation(anystream)ismandatory.

• Age: 18 to 33 years

• Goodcommunicationskills in English.

• Fresherandcandidates with BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Serviceexperience(minimum 6 months)arewelcome.

• Stronginterpersonalskillsandsalesaptitudearepreferred.

Compensation&Benefits
• Salary:
• Fresher: 18, 000/monthfixed

• Experienced: 26, 000/month
