🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Automation & Development Intern – Offline Business at Pilgrim
Are you tech-savvy, curious about business systems, and interested in working at the intersection of sales, technology, and automation? Join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team and help build, optimize, and support the technology that powers our offline sales operations.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with:
- SFA & CRM system development and configuration
- Sales automation, workflows & system enhancements
- Mobile app troubleshooting & frontline tech support
- Master data management & sales reporting
- User acceptance testing (UAT) & bug tracking
- User guides, FAQs & training content for field teams
📍 Location: Marol, Andheri East
⏳ Duration: 6 Months

Who are we looking for?
Students or recent graduates from IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields who are tech-savvy, quick learners, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Pilgrim? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
