Maventech is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Client Success & Operations Executive to strengthen our presence in the Ahmedabad market.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with travel agencies, bus operators, transport businesses, and logistics companies, while gaining hands-on experience across sales, client success, product support, and operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers across the bus, travel, transportation, and logistics sectors
• Generate leads and support new client acquisition
• Conduct client follow-ups, product demonstrations, and onboarding coordination
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Product, Support, and Operations teams
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business
• Coordinate day-to-day operational and product-related requirements of assigned clients
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, follow-up reports, and operational data
• Conduct field visits and client meetings across Ahmedabad and nearby markets as required
• Support the team in achieving sales, client retention, and operational targets
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the client lifecycle

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Client Support, Operations, Travel, Tourism, Bus/Transport, or Logistics is preferred
• Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple internal teams
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Experience with travel agencies, bus operators, transportation software, or SaaS products will be an added advantage
