As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities that drive business growth. If you enjoy connecting with decision-makers, generating new business, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers are welcome)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
✅ Prospect and identify potential clients across logistics, e-commerce, and D2C brands.
✅ Generate qualified meetings through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
✅ Qualify inbound leads and collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team.
✅ Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
✅ Manage pipeline activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 0–1 years of experience in SDR, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation roles. (Fresher with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LeadSquared.
✔ A target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated professional with a hunter mindset.
