Sales Engineer

We are hiring for the position of Sales Engineer specializing in CAD/CAM/CAE Software at Coimbatore Cad Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India's leading engineering technology solution provider. With over 18 years of experience, we deliver CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, simulation, and additive manufacturing solutions, partnering with global technology leaders to help manufacturing companies accelerate product development and digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing industries.
- Generate leads through direct customer engagement, networking, referrals, and industrial visits.
- Present and demonstrate engineering software solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams for demonstrations and evaluations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

**Preferred Profile:**
- BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B technical sales. Fresher may apply.
- Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE, PLM, industrial automation, machine tools, manufacturing, or engineering software sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a passion for customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
