T&I Global Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell our world-class Tea Processing Machinery across South India and Sri Lanka.

🔹 Position: Sales Engineer
✅ Who Can Apply?
Freshers with excellent communication skills
Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines preferred)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Passion for sales and customer relationship management
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Srilanka
Valid driving licence is an added advantage
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Meet tea factories and plantation customers to identify business opportunities
Promote and sell tea processing machinery and engineering solutions
Generate new leads and develop long-term customer relationships
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
