Universal Enterprise is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their application requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Promote and sell industrial products such as Bearings, Linear Motion Systems, Power Transmission Products, and related engineering solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, End Users, Dealers, and Maintenance Teams.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM or reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technical sales and customer relationship management
• Willingness to travel for customer visits

Experience

• Experienced candidates with industrial sales or engineering background are encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• For experienced candidates, the CTC is expected to be around ₹6 LPA.
