• Generate business through direct sales, referrals & leads
• Promote Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Mutual Funds
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
🔹 TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
• Generate and follow up on leads through outbound calls
• Explain financial products to customers
• Convert leads into appointments & sales
• Maintain customer/CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 MARKETING EXECUTIVE
• Conduct field market surveys
• Identify potential customers and generate quality leads
• Collect and maintain customer information
• Coordinate with Sales & Tele Sales teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
