👤 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers & Experienced candidates
✅ Graduate / HSC qualified
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ English & Hindi mandatory
✅ Kannada / Tamil / Marathi preferred
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
✅ Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday week-off
✅ Flexible with shifts between 8 AM – 10 PM

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Generate, manage and follow up on leads
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups
• Sales roles: Convert leads, close deals and achieve targets
• Relationship Manager roles: Assist paid customers in finding suitable tenants/properties
