Sales Executive
I've spent the last few months talking to sales recruiters across Ahmedabad.
Every conversation had the same line buried somewhere in it:
"We get 150–200 resumes per BDE role. We screen maybe 25. We hire one."
That's not a talent shortage. That's a signal problem.
Sales hiring has very specific markers — CRM exposure, outbound vs inbound, SaaS vs IT services experience, notice period, expected salary. Generic job boards don't capture any of it. Standard resumes don't surface it either.
So we built something that does.
Today, VieHire goes live.
An AI-powered talent platform built exclusively for Sales and BDE hiring in Ahmedabad.
→ Candidates upload a resume. No signup. 30 seconds.
→ AI parses it into a structured sales profile in ~5 seconds.
→ Vetted recruiters search a ranked, AI-scored database — not a stack of unread PDFs.
Day 1.
If you know any BDE, Sales Executive, or MBA fresher in Ahmedabad who's open to new roles — send them to viehire.io. Upload is free. Always.
This is just the beginning.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at VieHire? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
