* **Performance Clause:** Please note, 30% of the stipend is target-linked. (If targets are not met, a 30% deduction will apply).

* Basic/Foundational knowledge of **SEO, Web Development, and Ads (Google/FB)** so you can easily consult and convert clients.
* Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
