🔎 About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, proactive and communicative Business Development & Sales Intern to help us generate leads and acquire international clients.
You’ll work on lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, client communication and sales follow-ups.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify international clients and business opportunities
• Connect with founders, business owners and decision-makers
• Make cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and Upwork outreach
• Understand client requirements and pitch the right solutions
• Prepare personalized proposals and follow up with prospects
• Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM
• Use AI tools and automation to improve sales processes
• Convert leads into meetings and potential clients
💡 What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent spoken & written English
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Confidence in speaking with international clients
✅ Good sales, pitching and persuasion skills
✅ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
✅ Proactive attitude and ownership
✅ Interest in sales, business development & technology
✅ Comfortable learning and using AI tools
🎓 Freshers are welcome!
Shopify/e-commerce knowledge is not mandatory — we’ll help you learn.
