We are looking for Sales Interns and Sales Executives who are enthusiastic about business development, client acquisition, and building strong customer relationships.

🔹 Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify B2B leads
Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
Support sales and business development activities
Understand client training and consulting requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and experts
Maintain CRM and lead tracking
Participate in client calls and follow-ups
Support preparation of proposals and quotations

Who Can Apply:

MBA/BBA/B.Com or students from reputed B-Schools/IIMs preferred
Freshers are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Startups
Proactive and target-oriented mindset

Duration: 3 Months
Opportunity: Performance-based PPO

🔹 Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales and business development
Identify and acquire new corporate/institutional clients
Generate leads and manage the complete sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities
Build long-term client relationships
Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and internal operations teams
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Preferred Profile:

0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in EdTech, Corporate Training, HR Tech, SaaS, or Consulting is a plus
Strong ownership and target-driven approach
