About the Role :
Muthoot Finance is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals to join its Sales Internship Program. The role offers structured learning, practical sales exposure, mentorship, and a clear pathway for career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.
2..Promote Muthoot Finance products and services.
3.Assist in achieving branch-level business and disbursement targets.
4.Build and maintain relationships with customers.
5.Participate in field sales and market outreach activities.
6.Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities.
7.Attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
8.Work closely with Sales Managers and Regional Teams for performance improvement.

Required Skills:
1.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Local language proficiency preferred.
3.Customer-focused attitude.
4.Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
5.Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline OR students who have completed up to the 5th semester.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation :
1.₹14,000/month stipend during internship.
2.Performance-based stipend enhancement.
