We are expanding our team at our Bhubaneswar office and inviting proactive, ambitious candidates to join us in two key roles: Marketing Intern and Sales Intern.

💼 Role Overview
Positions: Marketing Intern | Sales Intern
Location: DCB 516, DLF Cybercity,Bhubaneswar (On-site)
Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: Performance-based / Commensurate with interview

1. Marketing Intern (Brand Strategy & Growth)

• Content Creation: Brainstorm and create engaging short videos (Reels/Shorts), posts, and full marketing campaigns.
• Paid Ads (Meta & Google): Help set up, track, and improve paid ad campaigns to get better results.
• Writing & Copywriting: Write catchy copy for ads, social media posts, and articles or blogs.
• Using AI Tools: Use modern AI tools to speed up research and make creating content easier.
• Teamwork: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and developers to bring marketing campaigns to life.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to find new opportunities for growth.

2. Sales Intern (Business Development)
Focus: Lead Generation, Client Outreach & Revenue Growth

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential business clients, gather market intelligence, and build prospect pipelines.
•Outreach & Communication: Engage potential clients through cold outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
•Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing pitch decks and presenting Sparkradix solutions to decision-makers.
•Relationship Management: Build strong client rapport and support the business development lifecycle end-to-end.
•Deal Structuring: Work alongside senior sales leaders to negotiate, finalize proposals, and close sales opportunities.

🎯 Candidate Profile
•Educational background in MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.
•Strong written and oral communication skills with a confident, client-facing mindset.
•High analytical ability, curious nature, and willingness to take full ownership of projects.
