About the Role

The Sales Manager - Loan Against Property is responsible for direct customer interaction and acquisition of Loan Against Property customers for a designated branch. The role involves explaining and selling banking products, acting as a liaison between customers and the bank, and ensuring best-in-class service. The role also includes supervising catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The Sales Manager is expected to drive client acquisition, deepen customer relationships, and maximize lifetime value in each relationship to achieve broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Acquire Loan Against Property customers in the identified segment.Meet and exceed defined targets for new customer acquisitions on a monthly basis by analyzing transaction banking needs.Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs.Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.

Secondary Responsibilities

Support catchment mapping and customer feedback collection.Assist in identifying and converting potential business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduate - Any disciplinePostgraduate - MBA or PGDM preferred

Experience

0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or financial services
