P&M HR Solutions is looking for an energetic, self-driven intern who wants real-world exposure to Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience in building a growing recruitment and HR solutions business.

• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and social media
• Support client meetings and follow-ups
• Manage existing client relationships
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
• Build and maintain CRM records
• Support branding and marketing initiatives
