Royal Polymer Company is expanding! We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives with strong technical knowledge to drive growth for our Plastic Masterbatches division.
📍 Job Locations: Ahilyanagar | Pune (Moshi)
💼 Industry: Plastics & Polymers
🎯 Product Focus: Plastic Masterbatches
💰 CTC Range: ₹3,0,0000 - ₹4,00,000 LPA + Travel Allowance (TA) + Performance Incentives

Key Requirements:
Technical Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of polymers and plastic raw materials.
Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales for color, additive, or filler masterbatches is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
Mobility: Good knowledge of local manufacturing hubs in Pune and Ahilyanagar.

Responsibilities:
Identify and convert business opportunities with plastic molders, extruders, and processors.
Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships.
Achieve sales volume targets for our masterbatch product lines.
