Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)

Male & Female both can apply

Age: Up to 30 years

Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Good communication and customer handling skills

Two-wheeler preferred for market visits

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through market visits and lead generation.

Promote HDFC Bank products such as CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance and other banking solutions.

Handle branch walk-in customers and provide product information.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business.

Generate quality leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with branch staff for customer onboarding and documentation.

Assist customers in completing KYC and account opening formalities.

Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.

Deliver excellent customer service while following bank policies and compliance guidelines.
