## 💰 Compensation & Benefits

* Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
* Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performance

## 📦 Product Portfolio
You will drive sales and customer acquisition for the following financial products:

* Unsecured Loans: Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards
* Secured Loans: Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loans
* Vehicle Finance: Used Car Loans, Used Two-Wheeler Loans

## 🎯 Eligibility Criteria

* Education: 12th Standard pass or Graduate degree holder
* Experience: Experience in loan sales is preferred; motivated freshers are welcome
* Age: Minimum 21 years old
* Preference: Local candidates with strong geographical knowledge
* Languages: Fluency in the local language (Kannada/Tamil) is mandatory; working knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage
