🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Operations Coordinator | Pune

As Inowatt Energy continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pune.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to sales processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience from quotation to delivery. You'll work closely with our sales, production, logistics, and finance teams while helping build the operational backbone of a fast-growing lithium-ion battery company.
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
