Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Trainees to join our Restaurant Onboarding team in Kolkata. This is a field sales role where you will identify and acquire restaurant partners, explain the platform's business benefits, complete the onboarding process, and ensure successful partner activation.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals looking to build a career in Field Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Restaurant Onboarding, Client Relationship Management, and B2B Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential restaurant partners within the assigned territory.
Conduct daily field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Present the platform's features and value proposition to restaurant owners.
Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners onto the platform.
Complete the end-to-end onboarding process, including KYC verification, documentation, menu collection, menu upload, and partner activation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
Resolve partner queries and provide post-onboarding support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, onboarding status, and daily activity reports.
Contribute to business growth by driving partner engagement and market expansion.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Male and Female candidates can apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and daily client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
