🎓 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 configuration and implementation
• Support data ingestion from different sources using Data Streams
• Work with Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Assist with data mapping, transformation, and basic data modelling
• Support Identity Resolution and creation of unified customer profiles
• Assist in creating and validating Segments and Activations
• Support the creation and validation of Calculated Insights
• Perform basic data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Assist with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integrations
🎯 Required / Preferred Skills:
Must Have:
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM concepts
• Basic understanding of data and databases
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or SFMC
