Winklix is expanding its Salesforce team and looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developers across multiple experience levels — Freshers, Experienced Professionals and Senior Developers.
📍 Location: Noida
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
💼 Experience: Freshers to Senior Level
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
We are looking for passionate candidates who want to build or grow their career in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and work on real-time marketing automation, customer engagement and campaign management projects.
Key Skills / Exposure Preferred:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio
• Contact Builder and Data Extensions
• AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML and CSS
• Email campaign setup, segmentation and personalization
• Marketing Cloud Connect and API integrations
• Campaign testing, optimization and reporting
Freshers with basic Salesforce knowledge, good learning ability and strong interest in Marketing Cloud are also encouraged to apply.
Senior candidates should have hands-on experience in SFMC implementation, automation journeys, integrations, campaign optimization and client-facing delivery.

Going for the Marketing role at Winklix? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
