We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven professional to join our growing operations team as a Sample Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who can lead logistics operations end-to-end while driving efficiency, process excellence, and service quality across cities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track samples - From the moment a sample is picked up till it reaches the lab, they keep an eye on where it is and make sure it doesn't get delayed.
2. Cold chain management
3. Coordinate with everyone — They talk to courier partners, internal teams, and vendors to make sure pickups and deliveries happen smoothly.
4. Handle paperwork - Shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, compliance, basically all the logistics paperwork.
5. If a shipment is delayed or something goes wrong, they step in and resolve it.
6. Maintain good relationships with courier/logistics partners and ensure they're delivering quality service.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Any graduate fresher
• 0-1 years of experience
• Strong understanding of vendor management, field operations, and workforce coordination
• Own Laptop is a must
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS reporting and operational tracking and Excel
• Working knowledge of cold chain logistics and healthcare transportation standards
