Science Faculty

We’re building the Brigadier Defence Academy team in Lucknow.
As we prepare for the launch of our Lucknow centre, we are looking for a full-time Science Faculty member who can teach and mentor students preparing for NDA & CDS.
We are particularly looking for someone who understands that teaching for competitive examinations goes beyond completing a syllabus.
For us, it is about:
Conceptual Clarity + PYQs + Exam Trends + Practice + Analysis
The faculty member should be comfortable handling Physics for NDA as well as Biology & General Science for CDS, with a good understanding of the syllabus and previous-year questions of both examinations.
Since our classrooms are technology-enabled, comfort with SmartBoards, PowerPoint and Canva would be an important advantage.
We are open to freshers as well. Subject knowledge, teaching ability, digital comfort and the willingness to mentor students matter more to us than the number of years on a CV.
